Hello, I bought this and the lights do not work. Any ideas?
1. Check to ensure the batteries are charged and you have placed the batteries at right directions.Then make sure the battery switch is at the ‘ON’ position.(Please see Note on the details page for the required battery model.)
2. Check to see the LED light and the wires are complete and not broken.
3. Check the touch mother board is complete and not broken:see the electric component parts embedded on are full and welded firmly. Make sure that the wires are connected accurately.Red wires are connected to Positive electrode,black wires are connected to Negative electrode.
4. Check the same color wires are connected firmly
How long does it stay on with the touchlight ? Will itturn off itself?
The light in the book nook kit will be on if you press the switch. It will turn off if you press it again. Unless the batteries run out,it will not turn off itself.

(Can prepare any one of the following two kinds of glue in advance: Craft Adhesives & Glues OR 3-in-1 Advanced Craft Glue). Please prepare 3pcs batteries (type AA) on your own.

This one was challenging but so enjoyable. I’ve done several different brands of these puzzles but Tonecheer is the most accurate and well designed. Others have pieces that don’t fit well and instruction is lacking. Keep making beautiful puzzles a couple suggestions would be Tron the movie. Phantom of opera. Gone with the wind. Elvis music box type with Graceland.

i bought the beast and beauty wooden puzzle, this was my first diy book nook kit and i loved it! the instruction were simple and clear, in half a day i finished it, everything was perfect except one thing. the carillon plays a song that is not from the disney movie, neither from the classic opera. it's just a song, a nice one too, but not from there. I don't undestand why they didn't use a beauty and beast song, but except for this only thing, it was perfect! really funny to make, a lovely present for a special person who loves enchanting and romantic stuff
